QuoteShock — help

Check, in this order:

• Settings › Notifications › QuoteShock: “Allow notifications” must be on, sounds included.
• No Focus mode is active (Do Not Disturb, Sleep…) — they suppress notifications. You can allow QuoteShock in that mode's exceptions.
• The ringer volume isn't at minimum and silent mode is off.
• The alarm is actually switched on on the home screen, and its time is still ahead.

Yes. Alarms, quotes and history are stored on your device. Internet is only used for ads and anonymous usage statistics.

As many as you like, free version included. Each alarm has its own quote mode, its own sound and its own repeat days.

Yes. On the “Alarm sound” screen, the play button to the right of each row starts a preview — including for Premium sounds you haven't unlocked yet.

No. It's a one-off purchase, with no renewal and no recurring charge. Once bought, it's yours for good on your account.

Open the Premium screen and tap “Restore purchases”. Your purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account, not to the device. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you bought with.

Try “Restore purchases” first. If the problem persists, write to us with the purchase date — we'll look into it quickly.

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS, Google Play support for Android.

Uninstalling the app erases everything stored locally (alarms, history, preferences). See the privacy policy for the details, or write to us with any further request.
